Makes an 8x8” pan

For the cake:
¼ cup (56 g) unsalted butter
170 g/6oz semi-sweet chocolate (50-55% cocoa), chopped
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1 large egg
½ cup coconut cream
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
¾ cup (107 g) all-purpose flour
½ cup (42 g) cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking powder

For the frosting:
½ cup coconut cream
150 g/5 ¼ oz semi-sweet chocolate (50-55% cocoa), chopped
