1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 extra large egg
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 tablespoons butter - very soft
