1 to 2 tsp. garlic powder OR 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 to 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes OR 2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/8 cup Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated
1 large egg
1 jar or can (28 ounces) spaghetti sauce, any brand or use homemade spaghetti sauce
4 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
For hoagies:
4 to 6 Hoagie rolls (long, thin crusty rolls)
2 to 2-1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
