This sweet and spicy peanut butter sauce makes for a delicious departure from the usual pasta fare!

Serves: 6

1 (12 ounce) package whole grain penne
2-3 cups fresh broccoli florets (you can substitute frozen in a pinch)
¾ cup peanut butter
¾ cup warm water
1 and ½ tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 and ½ tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon sriracha sauce (or more, if you like a bigger kick!)
