1 cup / 9 oz. unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup / 4.7 oz. raw sunflower seeds
2 1/2 cup / 3.5 oz. wheat bran flakes or wheat germ (can be skipped if you wish)
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 cup / 1.6 oz. carob powder
1/2 cup honey
1 cup water
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup / 4.5 oz. raisins
