4 pound Top or Bottom Round Roast
Cooking oil
Flour Coating for meat:
1/8 Cup all purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 onion powder
Gravy ingredients cooked with meat:
10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup (don't add water)
10 3/4 ounce can french onion soup (don't add water)
The Veggies:
1.5 to 2 pounds red potatoes kept whole
5 carrots peeled, and cut into 3 sections
1 large white onion, cut into 8 pieces
To Thicken Gravy at end:
1/8 cup cold water
1/8 cup cornstarch
