Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. Vegetable or canola oil (For skinny version use 1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons unsweetened applesauce)
1 egg (use 1 egg white for skinny version)
2/3 cup diced strawberries
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract (I have made these without Vanilla extract as well and they are still yummy so if you don’t have it, you can skip this ingredient)
