Add flour and eggs to bowl. Begin to whisk together.
Add milk and water in intervals and whisk until thoroughly mixed.
Add the melted butter and whisk.
Add cinnamon and vanilla,whisking until thoroughly mixed
Heat up a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.
Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/3 cup for each crepe.
Tilt the pan with a circular motion

1 cup All Purpose Flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
for filling:
1 8 oz block of cream cheese at room temperature
1/3 cup of powdered sugar
1/4 tsp of lemon zest
juice from half a squeezed lemon
1/2 banana
for strawberry glaze:
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of sugar
5 strawberries, diced
