For the Custard:

1 1/2 cups heavy cream
5 egg yolks
3/4 cup sugar
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon butter
1 3/4 cups coconut flakes
1 teaspoon vanilla

For the Whipped Cream:
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
