Peanut Butter Topping:
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup light corn syrup
½ cup smooth peanut butter

Chocolate Topping:
¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp light corn syrup
chopped peanuts for garnish (optional)
