Ingredients
2 C sugar,
1 and 3/4 C flour,
3/4 C cocoa powder,
1 and 1/2 t baking powder,
1 and 1/2 t baking soda,
1 t salt,
2 eggs,
1 C buttermilk (I mixed milk and 1 T lemon juice),
1/2 C butter, melted,
1 T vanilla,
1 C hot coffee,
4 heaped T peanut butter.
For the frosting:
1 C peanut butter,
1/2 C butter, room temperature,
1 C icing sugar,
60g chocolate, melted,
1/2 t vanilla,
3-5 T cream/milk,
strawberry jam, for spreading.
