1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon Autumn Maple Beer
1 envelope instant dry yeast
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 large egg
2 large egg yolks
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 cups bread flour
1 1/4 cups pastry flour

for the cinnamon sugar topping:
1/2 cup brown butter, melted and cooled slightly
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
