2 eggs, beaten
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
1 1/4 cups dark brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/8 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups pecans, halved

Pie Crust:
1 1/4 cups of pastry flour (if you don't have pastry flour, you can create a close substitute with 7/8 cups all-purpose flour and 3/8 cup cake flour)
1/4 tsp salt
1 stick unsalted butter, diced and chilled
1/8 cup cold water

Bourbon Whipped Cream:
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1 tbsp vanilla paste
1/5 tbsp bourbon
