Cream Cheese Filling:
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar

Muffins:
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda

For the “Pumpkin Pie Spices” version:
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
