Pre-made mini Phyllo cups or you can make your own cups using Phyllo dough.
Ingredients vary based on the three different fillings: Strawberry, Lemon Cheesecake, and Chocolate Mousse.
LEMON CHEESECAKE FILLING:
8oz Cream Cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 large lemon (zest and juice)
STRAWBERRY FILLING:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 strawberry fruit bars (a natural fruit popsicle)
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE FILLING:
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
2 cups whipped topping
