Navy beans are small, creamy white beans packed full of cholesterol-lowering fiber, folate and manganese, and are a good source of protein and vitamin B1. These little beans are seriously good for you, and easy on the wallet. Our family loves this simple Navy Bean Soup made in the Crock Pot. Ham and diced carrots round out the flavors of this cold weather dish.
