2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon garlic paste (can substitute 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh garlic)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cup canned chickpeas
1 (3.8 ounce) can sliced black olives
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, roughly chopped
2 cups fresh baby spinach
2 tablespoons chopped scallions
½ cup feta crumbles
