The beauty of this pie is the chocolate chips sink into the batter during baking, creating this amazing, gooey, melted chocolate layer. It’s completely fabulous!
Ingredients
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
1 cup (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Serve with ice cream and chocolate sauce (optional, but you’d be crazy not to!)
