1 tsp flaxseed oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegrette
a bit of Kamis Ziola do Salatek spices (Polish salad spices)
1/5 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 cooked beetroot
1 tomato
