1/3 head cabbage, shredded
½ cup carrots, chopped (I used baby carrots)
1 sweet potato, diced
1 apple, chopped
½ can chick peas, rinsed and drained
2-1/2 cups vegetable broth
To add later:
1/2 can light coconut milk
