Semi-homemade M&M Sandwich Cookies and Whoopie Pies #shop

Simply bake the cookies according to package directions, and let cool.
For sandwich cookies, frost flat sides of cookies and sandwich together then garnish the outside with M&M's.
For Whoopie Pies, top the upper cookie with M&M's before cooling, ice the flat side of the cookies and sandwich together.
Both best if served fresh!

1 tub of store-bought icing of choice
1 egg
1 stick of no salt butter
1 bag of Milk Chocolate M&M's
Optional: Crushed Peppermint for garnish
