Ingredients

The Cake:
100 gm soft butter
2 eggs
1 packet of Vanilla
1 cup of sugar
200 gm Sour cream
1 cup (175 gm) sifted Flour
1/2 cup dark Cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup warm water
1 teaspoon instant Coffee (Nescafe)
A pinch of Salt

The Chocolate Ganache:
100 gm Semisweet Chocolate
100 gm whipping cream (or milk)
