Yield: 12 cupcakes

For the Cupcakes:
1 & 1/2 cups flour (sifted)
1 teaspoon Baking powder
2 eggs
3 Table spoons Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
200 gm Full cream Yogurt
1/2 cup Oil
3/4 Cup Sugar
Some Lemon Zest & Mint leaves for decoration

For the Sugar Icing (Glaze):
1 Cup Powdered sugar (Sifted)
2 Teaspoons Lemon juice
