3/4 cup sugar
Roasted & coarsely chopped nuts of your choice (I used hazelnuts & Pistachios)

For the Cream layer:
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup milk
3/4 cup drained Pumpkin juice
3 Table spoons sugar
3 Table spoons starch
