200 gm Butter
4 Eggs
1 Packet of Vanilla
A Pinch of Salt
200 gm Sugar
Zest of 1 Lemon ( I used a big Lemon)
Juice from 2 Lemons
200 gm Flour (nearly 1 & 1/2 cups)
50 gm Starch (nearly 1/2 cup)
2 teaspoons Baking powder
Powdered sugar for decoration (optional)
