Ingredients

½ cup butter
½ cup white sugar
½ cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ cup ripe mashed banana (approximately 3 bananas)
1 3/4 cup gluten free flour blend (**See my mix below)
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup heavy cream (can substitute condensed milk)
1 heaping Tbsp orange juice concentrate
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¾ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
