1 pound lamb mince
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
4 karelay (bitter gourd)
Salt and ground turmeric sprinkles for the karelay
2 tablespoons butter
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 peeled and sliced onions
4 whole peeled garlic cloves
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 chopped tomato
2 chopped green chillies
1/2 cup of water
A handful of chopped fresh coriander
