Heat the oil in a pan, brown the chicken, almost half done. Add the onion and peppers and let it wither without changing color. Add the mushrooms mushrooms and let them drink their fluids. Add the curry paste and stir well. Finally add broth and cream cheese. Add salt and pepper and simmer the sauce thickens. Add the scallions and cilantro and stir. Serve with rice.

3 tbsp olive oil
1 onion cut into thin slices
2 colored peppers cut into thin slices
6.5 Champignons cut into thin slices
1 tbsp red curry paste (in large supermarkets)
1 package cream cheese
1/2 cup. Chicken broth
2 chopped onions
salt
pepper
little chopped fresh coriander
