Delicious and easy olive oil cake with lemon and rosemary. Simple yet elegant dessert idea

Ingredients

4 large eggs
¾ cup sugar
grated zest and juice of one lemon
½ cup STAR Arbequina olive oil
1½ cups unbleached flour
2 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
2 TBSP chopped fresh rosemary plus a few more needles for decorating

FOR THE GLAZE:
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp lemon zest
1 TBSP (approximately) lemon juice. Add more or less juice depending on desired consistency.
