Ingredients

Chocolate Sponge Cake:
3 eggs +1 yolk
135g sugar
20ml honey
1g salt
32ml vegetable oil
21g cocoa powder
106g flour
1/4t.s. baking powder
20ml milk

Vanilla Custard:
200ml milk
2 egg yolks
1-2tb.s. flour
2-3tb.s. sugar
vanilla (make sure there is enough of it, as chocolate taste is going to be strong)
250ml whipped cream
15g gelatine
