2 large eggs, at room temperature
Frosting:
55 grams unsalted butter, at room temperature (1/4 cup; 1/2 stick)
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder, sifted
125 grams to 185 grams icing sugar (1 to 1 1/2 cups)
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules, dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water
1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (or milk)
