1 Yellow Onion (sliced thin)
1 Apple (1in slices, I used Granny Smith)
1 Cup Applesauce (I used unsweetened)
2 TBS Honey
1 TBS Balsamic Vinegar
1 TBS Cinnamon
½ TSP Ground Ginger
½ TSP Sage
½ TSP Crushed Red Pepper
Kosher Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
