2 heads of garlic
Olive oil
1/2 cup (1 stick) I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!®, cut into pieces
8 ounces cream cheese, cut into pieces
1/2 cup sour cream
3 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
1/2 cup milk, more or less
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional toppings: real bacon pieces and sliced green onions
