For Lemon Lime Cupcakes:
1 Box White Cake Mix (I used Pillsbury)
4 Egg Whites
1/3 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1/4 Cup Lemon Lime Pop (or soda, however you say it)
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 TBSP Lime Juice
1 1/2 TBSP Lime Zest
For Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting:
1/2 Cup Butter (softened)
8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
2 TBSP Lemon Zest
2 TBSP Lime Zest
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
4-5 Cups Powdered Sugar
Lemon & Lime Zest for garnish
