Serves: 2 Jars with each 12 para fish

24 salted dried Mackerels
1½ liter Coconut Vinegar or White Vinegar
2 glass jars each at 1 kilogram
40 red Chili dried
20 big Garlic cloves
4 inch Ginger
1 Dessertspoon Peppercorns
40 Cloves
4 inch Cinnamon stick
1 Dessertspoon brown Mustard seeds
2-3 Tablespoon cooking Oil
