Ingredients
8 slices of Bacon, crumbled
2 1/2 Cups of shredded Swiss Cheese (I use Emmentaler)
2 Tablespoons of Flour
4 Eggs
3/4 Cup of Cream
3/4 Cup of Half and Half (half cream half milk – mix it yourself if you can’t find any)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Dash of Pepper
For the pie crust:
3 Cups Flour
2 teaspoons Salt
1 Cup of Vegetable Oil (I used corn oil; also recommended: sunflower, rasp seed, or canola oil)
3 Tablespoons + 3 teaspoons (or 1/4 Cup minus 1 teaspoon) Milk
