2 T water

Cheese Sauce:
3 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
1 C milk (I used 1%)
1 C cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 T butter
