3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
4 eggs, at room temperature
2 1/2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
