Ingredients
Cupcake:
Boxed white cake mix (I used Betty Crocker Super Moist White Cake Mix)
3 Large Eggs
1/2 cup melted butter (not margarine)
1 cup of water
1 package of Oreo cookies (24 used in cupcakes, remainder as garnish)
Cream Cheese Icing:
10 Tbsp butter, firm but not cold
10 oz cream cheese, cold
2 1 /2 Tbsp sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
5 cups powdered sugar
Remaining Oreos for topping and garnish
