2 pounds Cream Cheese, Soft
5 eggs
1 ½ cups Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed
1 cup creamy Peanut Butter
½ cups Heavy Cream
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
Topping:
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
7 Peanut Butter Cups, Cut In Half
