250 g strawberries
100 g grated coconut
125 g dark chocolate (coarsely chopped)
125 ml rape oil (or another vegetable oil)
150 g of sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
175 ml milk
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
420 grams of flour (sifted)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp salt
