ice cubes as needed
cold water as needed
2 cup whole milk divided
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon corn starch
3 tablespoon cream cheese at room temperature
1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
1 ¼ cup heavy cream
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoon light corn syrup
