1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
3 tsp spice mix (recipe below)

Spice Mix:
2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground allspice (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
