1 cup butter, at room temperature
2 cups granulated sugar + 1/4 cup for sprinkling in pan
4 large eggs, at room temperature
1/4 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup coconut flakes
Glaze:
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
2 - 3 tablespoons heavy cream or whole milk, as needed
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup sliced almonds
