3 cups plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, plus more for pan
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon fine salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 cups peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced small
2 cups sugar
6 large eggs, at room temperature
1 + 1/4 cups sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Topping:
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
1 + 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
fresh whipped cream, for serving
