Sweetened Chocalate Whipped Cream:
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, for garnish
