Banana caramel cookies inspired by Banaoffee pie!

1 cup brown sugar
1 package of banana pudding (3.4 oz.)
2 large eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla extract (or banana extract for a very strong banana taste)
2 ΒΌ cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups salted caramel baking chips or butterscotch chips
