LOW CARB CRUMBLE BASE AND TOPPING:
3 1/2 cups almond flour
1 cup sugar substitute (I use Swerve)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
1 large egg, lightly beaten
FILLING:
3 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups sliced rhubarb ( I used frozen)
1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum
1/2 cup sugar substitute (I use Swerve)
