Ingredients:
- 2 cups dates
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa nibs
- 2 tbsp raw coconut
- coconut oil
- cocoa powder
- hemp seeds
- shaved coconut
Instructions:
1. In a food processor, add dates, almonds, almond butter, cocoa nibs, and raw coconut.
2. As you are blending, slowly add coconut oil until you get the right consistency to form mixture into rounds.
3. Form mixture into rounds the size of your preference, and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes in order for rounds to keep their shape before adding toppings..
4. Cover with desired toppings - I chose shaved coconut, hemp seeds, and cocoa powder with cocoa nibs.
