This is a spicy, garlicky cream sauce that is excellent on any meat or fish entrée; it also works well as a cold dip with fresh veggies. Visit my blog for full recipe and preparation.


1 Large Potato, peeled, boiled and mashed
10 to 12 Cloves Garlic, cleaned and crushed
1/2 Loaf White Bread, crust removed
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tsp. White Vinegar
1 Tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
